Song of the Year jatuh kepada Benson Boone's Beautiful Things dan Best New Artist (Pop) jatuh kepada Teddy Swims.

Lady Gaga mendapatkan penghargaan iHeartRadio Innovator Award 2025 selama acara tersebut, sementara Mariah Carey menerima iHeartRadio Icon Award.

Ajang penghargaan iHeartRadio Music Awards berlangsung di Dolby Theatre di Los Angeles dengan pembawa acara LL Cool J.
